Great Service! I had a service call, the technician was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I signed up on the Plan 1 maintenance agreement which included a free service call and I got to use it the same day!

I have been a Dolphin customer for many years and have always found them to be extremely professional and always providing just what you need-no add ons. Most recently my old a/c unit became inoperable and Dolphin fortunately had the replacement in stock. They had to wait a few days to install it, since it was the weekend, but they gave me a temporary unit for my bedroom and bath. Since it was August this came in very handy.
Very happy with Dolphin. Michael is the tech that has worked on our AC equipment. He is terrific.

Ian knocked my brand new AC unit over and mangled my air handler up on the flat roof (from another company) so it froze up the compressor. I had the original AC company out and had them rebuild the handler and fix the electrical but I wanted a second quote on the compressor with install so my coworker referred me to Dolphin.
I appreciate how quick and professional the phone staff was (Nikki) and salesperson was professional! I recommend Dolphin Heating and Air Conditioning.

After Hurricane Ian passed through and our electricity came back on, the air conditioner would not work, called around and Dolphin Air was able to have a tech, Jason, from the Cape Coral office come the very next day (Sunday)! He fixed the issue and was such a pleasure to work with, experienced, professional, and courteous and we truly appreciate this company and how they run their business! We signed up for a maintenance plan and look forward to Jason being our tech going forward!

They saved us money by researching the warranty on a part they didn’t even install. I had Dolphin Cooling out to service my AC system. While there the technician shared with me his findings and recommended getting signed up for semi-annual maintenance with their VIP Plan 1. I decided to go ahead with it because of all the benefits I would receive including 15% that I could get off my services today. Very happy to have found a quality AC company with great service.
My AC went out and I called Dolphin Cooling to come out and take a look. They noticed my system was over ten years and my coil was leaking. They presented me with both options of replacing the coil or replacing the system. After they explained and went through both options with me I went with a new system with a brand new 10 year manufacturer part warranty. They did a great job on the install and everything passed code. I really appreciated having a reliable and honest AC company that quickly remedied my situation. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
What a great experience! From making the appointment, to the service call and then installation it was simple and pleasant. They explained all of my options and educated me about my system, and provided me with a cost effective solution for the results I was looking for. All of the staff were professional and friendly and made the whole process easy. My children have bad allergies, and they had air purification products that are helping immensely so far. They listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed, which is rare to find in a service based company these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an air conditioning company!
Wow. A heating and cooling place I’m happy with and can recommend. I had a strange issue as my air conditioner just stoped blowing cool air. Everything appeared running – air unit outside, blower, thermostat……then 3 hrs later just started ok out of the blue. Dolphin Cooling spent time checking everything that could go wrong and trimmed / redid some of the wires in case it was a loose connection. They seemed very knowledgeable and honest.
Professional, courteous and helpful in explaining what had to be done and why. Great job and didn’t leave until he knew the air conditioning was working properly. Thanks Martin and Dolphin Cooling!

Absolutely phenomenal company! I’ve had really bad luck with ac companies in swfl (most recently the guy I shall not name who’s currently behind bars). The company who bought his tried to scam me. Lance came over and, after a thorough inspection, assured me that absolutely nothing was wrong with my unit or ductwork.
Honesty is hard to find in this industry and Dolphin clearly fosters an environment of honesty and professionalism.

I recommend this company. I called and they were available to come right over. Brad, the technician was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. He alerted me about an issue with my ductwork and repaired a small leak. He also noted that I was a bit shy on attic insulation. Solved my drain problem quickly, which I missed a maintenance because my old company was unreliable. He put me on a “Plan 1” maintenance which includes 2 maintenances a year (with reminders) and a discount on services, which is great.

I have used Dolphin air many time over the last five years or so. And have found them to good people, honest and fair. I have had only one complaint. And that is they hidden informed me that they were not trained to work on my new double compressor Carrier AC unit. I fell that they may need to take some continuing education courses with the new computer controlled AC units.
From 2010 until 2013, Dolphin did the annual servicing on our A/C unit. In 2014, we replaced that unit with one that Dolphin does not sell. We have a service contract now with the company from which we bought the new unit.
Our AC stopped cooling on Sunday. We called the AC company that services our condo association and they came Monday afternoon. The compressor (on the roof) needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,000.00. I called Dolphin AC to check the system and give me a price for a brand new unit. Dolphin came Tuesday morning and confirmed that the compressor had failed. The unit was 14 years old. Dolphin quoted $4,300.00 for a Bryant 16 seer 3 ton AC unit installed (including a crane to lift the unit to the roof of the 3 story building). Chris and Mike came first thing on Wednesday morning and removed the old unit and installed a brand new AC unit. We had cool air by 2pm on Wednesday. Terrific and PROMPT service with fantastic prices.
